Turkey Day

Brined over night, coated with olive oil, garlic, and basil from the garden then on the grill smoked with hickory chips. mmmm good. Our favorite were the mashed potatoes. Half red potatoes and half russet potatoes. Heavy whipping cream and lots of butter. mmmm Thanksgiving.
