We renovated the old girls room and the old playroom, and swapped rooms. After pulling up the old carpet we found beat up old oak floors underneath. We stripped all the baseboard and trim and repainted to a chocholate brown color. We had a company come in to refinish the oak floor and it turned out great. New white baseboard and trim installed along with a new fan.
