Just playing catch-up. This is a gingerbread barn we attempted to make around Christmas time. The gingerbread was especially soft, probably due to the humidity here. Needless to say the walls and roof had a hard time staying put. The kids had a blast anyways and thought it was delicious. We fed the leftover gingerbread to the pig after we got bored looking at it.
