Its hard to see in this picture, but these are 2 painted turtles Heber and Chris got for Christmas. The larger one is no bigger than a silver dollar to give you an idea of their size.
This is a possum that we swear is on steroids. He shows up mostly at night to move Chancho's dog bones around and nibble on them. He is an RUS. Here he is in blurry shot foraging around the neighbors yard.
I know I know. more deer. Boring right. Well we get a kick out of them. Espcially after living in the desert for nearly 30 years. This time the other 2 brought a 3rd friend. Last night Chris walked Chancho and said he saw 4 down near the creek. They just stopped in their tracks and stared him down.
